Description:

The PC-AT compatible CM6109HR Peripheral Module is an easy way to add the power and flexibility of a PC Card (PCMCIA) interface to embedded PC/104 bus systems.  Direct plug connection to other modules is made through a standard PC/104 AT bus stackthrough connector. 

The CM6109HR is compatible with Types I, II, and III PCMCIA cards.  It is a standard PCMCIA controller, and is natively supported by most modern operating systems.  For DOS and Windows NT (which do not include PCMCIA support), a software support package is included.  This package includes PCMCIA compliant Socket Services, Card Services, and Client Services drivers.  The drivers support SRAM, Flash, ATA Flash, ATA hard drive, modem, LAN, and specialized I/O cards.  Utilities for erasing, initializing, and formatting Flash memory cards are also included.
