XStation 90 is a state of the art, high resolution 90 kv x-ray inspection
station with an
Advanced Image Processor (AIP) and advanced image enhancement
and analysis
software library. With a 10" x 12" usable board
inspection area, a 5 µ focal point,
5 axis manipulator and a 2" / 4"
image intensifier, the XStation 90 allows RTD
to do "under BGA" inspections and
solder density analysis to insure the
highest quality product possible.
