Description
RTD offers the CAN2541xHR and CAN3541xHR with 2 or 4 CAN bus channels to permit integration of up to four galvanically isolated CAN bus channels into rugged PCIe/104 and PCI/104-Express systems and enclosures. This is accomplished using PEAK-System's PCAN-miniPCIe CAN bus Mini PCI Express modules (also known as PCIe Mini Cards, or PCI Express Mini Cards).
For each module connection on the CAN2541xHR and CAN3541xHR, a pair of 2mm 10-pin vertical headers are available per socket, permitting wiring of each CAN bus channel on the Mini PCI Express module to dedicated 2mm headers onboard. This permits easy access via a corresponding set of 0.1" 10-pin right-angle headers on the board edge.
