Description
The IM35M220HR or IM25M220HR is a dual M.2 B-Key module carrier that comes in either PCIe/104 or PCI/104-Express versions. Each socket has a PCIe x1 link and a USB 3.0 link. One socket has two SIM card slots to support a cellular modem. Sockets can support B-Key storage devices. Both M.2 sockets contain USB Super Speed sourced by a USB Super Speed hub that derives its bandwidth from the Type 2 bus.
The dual M.2 sockets of the IM35M220HR or IM25M220HR enable a shorter stack height over traditional PCIe/104 storage technologies, making it particularly attractive to SWaP-sensitive applications allowing the combination of a cellular modem and a storage device in one stack height.
Compatibility Note: These M.2 B Key carriers are compatible with RTD's Intel Xeon and Core i3 (Kaby Lake) SBCs and RTD's Intel Core i7 (Chief River) SBCs. These modules are not compatible with other PCI Express CPUs such as those from the Intel Atom E3800 or Intel Core 2 Duo lines.
